How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please send an email to sales@cnccookbook.com. In the email, just tell us you'd like a refund, give us the date and email associated with the order, and briefly tell us why the product is not satisfactory.

When will my credit appear on my credit card or Paypal?

Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after your return request has been fulfilled.
